Drop In

The Drop-in Centre

The Drop in is open 9.30 to 12.30 Mon-Fri.

Entrance to the Drop in is limited to between 20-25 places per day and entry is managed by our Drop In team.

The drop in consists of 3 rooms of activities & access to our large landscaped garden.

  • The main room contains puzzles, dressing up, book corner, home corner, construction and instruments.
  • The kitchen space is used for creative & messy activities which are theme based and change weekly
  • The soft room is an animal-themed padded room great for jumping and climbing and building large motor skills.

The garden is a large landscaped outdoor area with a slide, sandpit, bikes, cars and scooters as well as quiet zones on the benches under the trees. This is available for all parents/carers to use at set times throughout the sessions.

The Drop in session has free play periods as well as the group snack time; coffees, teas, juices, biscuits, fruit & cakes for all attending.

There is also a circle time which involves action songs and story time for the group.

Drop-In Charges

The cost per session is
£ 5 per session
  • with a £2 charge for siblings

There is no charge for children under 7-months old and there is a concessionary rate of £2.50 for parents on benefits. (evidence of benefits required for 1st visit)
